The reputation of our work is also respected in the construction industry. Through demand we set up our sister company Sussex Sash Window and Traditional Joinery Suppliers, which is supply only. Through this we supply builders, carpenters and sash window fitters with windows, other joinery and fittings such as locks, rope and so on.

And then there is Control Build, a specialist building company which makes up the company ( www.controlbuild.co.uk ). We are not a franchise with over-heads and commission to pay. Also because we supply windows and doors to other companies we should be able to beat any other like-for-like quote.

We have friendly, knowledgeable surveyors. If you have a question, we probably know the answer!

A free estimate and survey can be easily arranged by clicking on the Contact Us link or calling our head office on 01273 380689 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 10am to 12noon. We can provide samples at your home post quotation. Alternatively if it’s within distance of your home, come and see us at our Hove showroom. Saturdays at our Hove Shop are by appointments only.

Our surveyor will attend your property and go through the various details of your requirements. Unless it is an unusual or large and complicated job we aim to have your quotation emailed to you within a couple of days. We don’t do high pressure selling and we don’t work on commission. Our work however does sell itself.

We can provide surveys 6 days a week, early evening appointments are also available. Please remember depending on the time of year appointments are only carried out in daylight hours.


Verbal quotations may be available for simple jobs i.e. replacement of a broken sash cord.
